Terms of Service

Deezan Finder is a free fashion discovery tool. You describe an item or paste a product link, and we surface alternative products available from third-party retailers. Deezan is not a retailer: we do not sell products, hold inventory, set prices, or process purchases. Every purchase happens on the retailer’s own website under the retailer’s own terms.

Product information — including prices, availability, images and delivery estimates — comes from third-party sources and can change or become outdated at any time. Always confirm the price and details on the retailer’s site before buying. Deezan makes no warranty that a listed product is available, accurately described, or genuinely comparable to the item you searched for.

Some links on Deezan are affiliate links: if you buy through them, the retailer may pay us a commission at no additional cost to you. Commissions do not influence which products appear or how they are ranked.

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service (including automated scraping, attempts to disrupt the service, or unlawful use). You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

You agree not to use Deezan to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data, to scrape or bulk-harvest our results, or to interfere with other users’ use of the service.

The Deezan name, design and software are our property. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective brands and retailers and are used to identify the products concerned; their appearance on Deezan does not imply any endorsement of Deezan by those brands.

Deezan is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from purchases made from third-party retailers, from inaccurate third-party product data, or from interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected in the effective date below. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
